This is your opportunity to experience what a day in the the life of a pro fighter is like.

We will be running two special sessions on the same day starting at :-

9:30 am - 12:00 am

Session 1 starts of with group running, stretching warm up then into bag and pad work rounds finished off with a seminar on clinch work.

12:00 - 13:00 is rest and lunch break. You can leave to go eat, go home or eat at the gym while we watch thai boxing fights on the tv.

13:00 - 15:00 is the second session of the day. Technical attack and defensive drills followed by sparring and a total stretching cool down.
